General terms
- Once an order is placed, it is released to the fulfillment center for shipping, and it cannot be stopped or canceled.
- Your card is debited within 6 hours of placing the order.
- To help prevent credit card fraud, unless you are paying by bank deposit or through escrow.com, DreamLover Labs can only ship orders to a verifiable address.
The address must be listed with your Credit Card company, or be a verified PayPal address. We can only ship small, low value items (such as replacement batteries)
when the address cannot be verified.
- DreamLover Laboratories products (both software and hardware) are supplied 'AS
IS'. No warranty is given either implied or
expressed. Products are intended as novelty only, and we make no representation as to their
suitability or safety for a particular use.
Purchasers use the products entirely at
their own risk. DreamLover Labs is not
liable for any consequential loss howsoever arising
caused by use of the products or
other associated software. This includes, but is not
limited to, damage to hardware and/or software, personal damage due to misuse, loss
of data, loss of business or any other financial
loss. DreamLover Laboratories does not seek to
exclude liability where prohibited by law.
- DreamLover Laboratories reserves the right
to refuse any order made for products or services
for any reason in which case the payment will most likely not be processed.
In case the payment has already been processed, a full refund for that order will be made.
- Users are expressly forbidden to attempt to
decrypt, dissemble or reverse engineer any DreamLover Laboratories device parts
or software components or applications.
- From time to time this license agreement may be
amended. When downloading upgrades or new software,
or purchasing new products or add-ons,
the user is acknowledging that usage of the product
will be governed by the license agreement in effect
at that time and not any prior license agreement
that may have applied at the time of the original
purchase.
- This license agreement is made between DreamLover Laboratories
and the user and shall be
governed by the laws of Hong Kong, SAR which
shall claim venue and jurisdiction for any legal
motion or claim arising from this agreement. DreamLover Laboratories
may designate an agent to
act on its behalf in the event of any claim. Any
provisions of this agreement that are subsequently
found to be void shall not render other parts of the
agreement void.
Refund/return policy
We are
available to guide you through your first
experiences with a DreamLover product even on a one to
one basis and on Skype should you encounter any difficulty
navigating its features.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a DreamLover Labs product, you may request a Return Authorization Number within 24 hours
from the date of delivery and return it. All return shipments must be mailed by courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT or ParcelForce) with signature and proof of delivery or the refund cannot be processed.
Return shipments without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Return shipments must be addressed to a warehouse of our choice which
will be communicated to you together with the authorization number. Items shipped to any other address (such as those erroneously shipped to intermediaries
like PayPal) will be considered lost in transit and we will not be able to issue a refund.
To ensure the safety and health of our customers we
must discard items that can
constitute a health risk or any item that may conceivably come into
contact with ANY bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, sweat
blood, etc). Once these items leave our
warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable. In case of the DreamLover 2000, these include the enclosures, overlays, electrodes, waist band,
mounting parts and more (basically everything except the circuit boards, the batteries and the case).
Reconditioning
In case of a return the purchase price will be refunded minus any shipping fees, non-recoverable money transfer fees
and a reconditioning fee to cover the cost of the items described above.
The reconditioning fee is 125$ for the DreamLover 2000 and 25$ for the DreamLover ChronoVault; the reconditioning fee includes restocking.
Restocking
In case of a refund request following the inability of the courier to deliver the package to you (for instance if no adult is at home to sign for it or can go to the fedex office to retrieve the product),
the reconditioning fee will not be charged; however, in this case a restocking fee is charged to unbox the product, remove its initialization settings (Lite/Pro etc.) and restock the components.
The restocking fee is 25$ for the DreamLover 2000 and 10$ for the DreamLover ChronoVault. The restocking fee is charged instead of the higher reconditioning fee when the customer never accepted/received the package
and this can be confirmed with the courier. When a package shows as "delivered" the reconditioning fee applies, regardless of whether the package has been opened or not. Our credit card processor charges us
5% to charge your credit card. This fee is not refunded to us in case of a product return. Therefore this fee as well as the shipping fee are deducted from your refund amount.
Please avoid frivolous purchases or curiosity purchases. DreamLover Labs products are very unique, and their function is well documented.
Many people have been waiting for years to purchase a DreamLover 2000 - we have limited stock and we are trying to bootstrap the business.
So please do not place an order unless you understand what the product
does and doesn't do and are totally happy to own a unit that works as described. The entire User's Guide is available as a free download on our website, and we are always ready to answer any questions you may have.
DreamLover 2000 Warranty
These terms cover the DreamLover 2000 product only.
The DreamLover 2000 Pro has a 2-year limited warranty
that covers the circuit boards (1 year for the DreamLover 2000 Lite).
The cabling,
enclosures, arousal inducer and electrodes have a 180-day warranty
against defects. The warranty does not cover
physical damage or wear and tear but we have spare
parts in stock (plastic, rubber, cabling, keypads,
remote control overlays). The warranty does not
cover damage due to improper receiver closure
resulting in water leakage, or damages to the
circuit boards due to improper handling, improper mounting and generally not
following the instructions.
The User's Guide
contains step by step pictures and explanations on
how to close the receiver to achieve solid > 1 meter
depth water-proofing and how to handle the circuit
boards and replace batteries in complete safety.
With normal usage, the DreamLover 2000 should last
for years without any problems.
Under this warranty, no shipping fees are charged on replacements for defective parts/products sent to the client.
Shipping fees to return the defective items to us are borne by the client.
DreamLover ChronoVault Warranty
These terms cover the DreamLover ChronoVault product only.
The DreamLover ChronoVault has a 1-year limited warranty.
The warranty does not cover
physical damage or wear and tear but we have spare
parts in stock should you need a replacement for any of the mechanical parts. The warranty does not
cover damage due to improper usage, exposure to water or moisture, attempts to tamper with the device, disassemble it, modify it, and generally not
following the instructions.
With normal usage, the DreamLover ChronoVault should last
for years without any problems.
Under this warranty, no shipping fees are charged on replacements for defective parts/products sent to the client.
Shipping fees to return the defective items to us are borne by the client.
Privacy
- Order details such as product purchased, buyer's name and address are never disclosed to third parties for reasons other
than to cooperate with law enforcement to prevent and pursue online fraud.
- We care about your privacy. In years of maintaining our notification list, we have never sent spam or sold your information. You can continue to trust us
to keep your information absolutely secret.
- We don't do any postal mailing except for actual orders. So you won't have to worry about receiving any kind of paper mail from us.
- The package is discreet (pictures) and the contents label reads 'Digital training tool'

Ordering information:
When you place an order with dreamloverlabs.com you will be asked to provide details
such as credit card number and shipping address. This allows us to process and
fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
Online payment service will be provided by a third party gateway.
Customers' payment details will be securely transmitted
to the acquiring bank, card and payment companies
for real-time transaction authorisation using
Extended Validation Certificates (EV) SSL
transaction encryption.
Newsletters and Email Promotions:
We use email to communicate news and special promotions to our dreamloverlabs.com
members. If you'd rather not receive these messages, you can choose not to opt in.
Other:
When you click on links and/or ad banners that take you to either third-party
web sites or dreamloverlabs.com affiliated sites, you will be subject to the privacy
policies of those parties. Whilst we support the protections of privacy on the
Internet, dreamloverlabs.com cannot be responsible for the actions of parties outside our
web domain.
Protection of Information.
dreamloverlabs.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We use sophisticated
encryption technology and secure servers to keep your personal information
(including your name, email and mailing address, phone number, credit card
information and purchase history) safe. All your ordering information is
protected during transmission by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which
encrypts the information that you input so it can't be read in transit. In
addition, the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
We may contact you to verify the accuracy of the information supplied when
opening your account.
Access and update of Information
You may check whether we hold any of your personal data and, if so, may also
request access, update, correct or request a copy of your personal data held by

We will endeavour to respond within less than 2 days from your enquiry.
Please note that we will not retain your personal data longer than necessary.

dreamloverlabs.com may also provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales,
traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors,
but these statistics will include no personal data that uniquely identifies an
individual.
We do not sell, trade, give away or rent your personal data to

We will not sell or disclose any personal data that identifies you to any third
party apart from those mentioned above without your approval.

Shipping
Shipping times are NOT guaranteed due to timezones, order cut off time, courier pick up times, international customs delays and other factors. Please note that couriers do not work on weekends so if you order on a Friday the first business day would be a Monday.
Other holidays are applicable.
In some cases, if you order a ChronoVault and a DreamLover 2000, the two products will be shipped separately (in 99% of cases they will be shipped together in one single box). DreamLover Labs reserves the right to choose
whether the products will be shipped together or separately. In the event of separate shipping, you are not required to pay a second shipping fee.
Next day Orders
Order processing and warehousing happen in different geographical locations. Couriers generally have one or two daily
pick-up times. Therefore "Next Day" shipping indicates the shipping method, and not the total time between filling out the checkout form and receiving the product. Despite this we make every effort to ship out immediately
so that most "Next Day" orders are indeed received the next day, or on the second day at the latest.

Security
We do not require users to enter financial information through our web site, and that's 100% security :)
Fraud policy
DreamLover Labs does not tolerate credit card and online
fraud, and all fraud, without exception, will be
prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In the event of fraud, we will pursue civil legal action seeking
to recover any loss of income related to the fraud, including
business, legal fees, research costs, employee down
time and loss of revenues. Additionally, credit card fraud is a criminal offense in most jurisdictions and it results in actual time in a state jail
for the offender.
We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming
back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities
will be diligently pursued through your local
jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent
of the law.
Fraudulent disputes and chargeback policy
DreamLover Labs offers great, unique products and a very high level of support. We also offer a return policy, which enables you to actually see
and touch the product before the sale becomes irreversible - just like if you bought the product at a local store.
However, as a budding business in a small market we cannot afford to have credit card fraud and frivolous reversals. Therefore we adopt strong legal
measures to protect our online business and help the online community, including credit card processors, banks and other institutions combat repeat offenders.
Investigative fee
If you, the buyer, do not take advantage of our product return policy and
unilaterally place a charge reversal request (chargeback) with your credit card company or any third parties including PayPal, on purpose or by
mistake, for any order that you placed, and that has already been shipped and/or received, there will be a $150 USD research fee charged to your account
to cover investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase.
By placing an order with us under these terms of sale you agree to pay this fee in addition to being liable for the product cost.
Post-dispute collection and reporting policy
In the event that you win the charge back with your
credit card company or PayPal, and have not returned our
goods to our warehouse under the return terms of this agreement,
or if we believe a fraudulent dispute has not been resolved fairly
through the financial intermediaries that partake in the transaction,
we will exercise our right to attempt to recover the
fraudulently disputed charges plus any additional costs incurred in the recovery process
via a third-party collection agency and your account
will be reported to all credit bureaus as a
delinquent collection account. This may severely
damage your credit rating for at least the next
seven (7) years. At this point, we will no longer
accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for
the debt and will only accept payment in full. In
addition to this, DreamLover Labs will follow the customary practice
in dealing with criminal fraud, of filing a
report with your local police or sheriff's
department, and filing a mail fraud complaint with the relevant authorities
such as the United States Postal Inspection Service or european/UK equivalents.
DreamLover Labs considers charge reversal attempts
to be frivolous/unwarranted/fraud if one of the items below is true:
- you have made no reasonable effort to work with us to resolve any problems with your purchase
- you have not waited at least 4 business days for us to respond to an inquiry (normally we respond to support inquiries within two hours but that
depends on time zones and other circumstances)
- have not taken advantage of our refund policy and seek to reverse the transaction and obtain a refund outside of the agreed terms of sale
All frivolous chargebacks not only take time away from our usual and customary
matters of conducting normal business, but cost us money.
You agree to reimburse us or any
representative we may appoint for any legal expenses
your actions may make us incur.
If any provision of this Agreement is
deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the
remaining provisions shall remain in full force and
effect. The waiver of a breach hereunder does not
waive any other or subsequent breach.
The customer must attempt to return any and all merchandise to DreamLover Labs with a Return Authorization Number
before attempting to obtain a reimbursement. NO EXCEPTIONS!
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF
LIABILITY
YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS
ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. dreamloverlabs.com's SERVICES
ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES,
UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH
OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION ANY dreamloverlabs.com SOFTWARE LICENSED TO YOU
AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
SPECIFICALLY, dreamloverlabs.com DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY
WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR
CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2)
ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES
OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE,

dreamloverlabs.com harmless from any claims and expenses,
including reasonable attorney's fees and court
costs, related to Customer's violation of this
Agreement, including the Terms of Service or any
Content placed on the Service by you.
