This could work, and I think is possible to program using the DL browser.

Every computer has a clock. Am I mistaken, or is this not required to time a digital circuit. You could count ticks of the system clock, and deliver a pulse at specified intervals, unless the counter is reset. I am not familiar with JAVA. It probably does not have access to such low level functionality though.

All this can be programmed with the DL2K-LINK scripted with JavaScript through the DL Browser.

It's a good idea for a really advanced tutorial.

No need for the receiver to have an on-board real time clock.
