I just read both of the links you posted, and actually they do not state what you say. They both state that the authors had not found solid evidence one way or the other. The first link actually says that the doctor questioned recommends evacuation of the prostate.
There are several schools of thought on male milking from a medical standpoint - not needed as semen will absorb, or needed to prevent prostate problems. Best approach is for the wife, girlfriend or femdom to use this on her man after the man completes his "maximum courtship investment" period of 8-12 days of orgasm denial. If he is not brought to orgasm on day 13, prostate "milking" will release built-up tension and stress through a slow-stream of semen release, without orgasm. It allows the male obedience training then to continue to 13 days, 2 weeks, one month, 45 days, etc. through regular milkings. The psychological aspects of the "milking" are good for the man in terms of further teaching control, humility and endurance. spolarski@yahoo.com
"I have read on several sites male milking is not necessary at all. What are your opinion about this? If it is real this means that males not to have orgasm at all."

I have observed the need to milk a male of his semen at least once per-month. I don't bother milking my slaves myself...I have them do it for me, as I usually find ejaculate mildly off-putting to deal with.
Males should release for health concerns. Most medical texts will recommend this in order to avoid prostate cancer. For example, men who reported 21 or more ejaculations per month in their 40s had a 32% lower risk of prostate cancer later in life compared with those who reported between four and seven ejaculations per month.
