About our products- Is this real?
Yes; though we are in the last phases of production and we're not shipping DL2000 units yet, the product is real and we're working hard to get it to you
as soon as possible (check the blog for updates) - Is the current pulse dangerous?
The 24V pulse only lasts for a few milliseconds and therefore the actual power delivered through the tissue is minimal, though more than sufficient as a "deterrent" for training purposes.
The pulse can be customized wirelessly (ON time, OFF time, repetitions, voltage) with our configuration utility. These settings cannot be altered in ways which could make the device dangerous (total duration is limited, as are max on time and max repetitions). Current flow is internally limited via hardware. However, you MUST use this device responsibly.
It is recommended that you first try the pulse by placing the electrodes on your abdomen, then slowly move them towards the penis so that you are comfortable with what this is supposed to feel like. Most likely you won't feel anything through your hand, a light tingle through the arm, and you will need to position the electrodes on the scrotum and under the glans to experience the proper stimulation. As you attempt this, make sure the electrodes make good contact with the skin. Improper contact will not reduce the stimulus intensity linearly but cause the current to go through the outer skin layer, making the pulse feel a lot more "electrical".

- Can everyone use this device?
Do not use or test this device on yourself if you use a pacemaker, if you are prone to seizures, if you are easily startled, if you are pregnant, or when you engage in work which requires concentration such as operating machinery, driving, climbing ladders, and so forth. This is common sense. Use responsibly. - Wouldn't it be mean to use such a device on my male/husband/boyfriend?
Most women already practice some sort of behavior altering technique on your boyfriend or significant other,
ranging from icy stares to withdrawal of some sort of pleasure. In doing so they are involuntarily applying a
few well-researched animal training principles.
Dreamlover products are intended to increase the effectiveness of your training by adding positive punishment and negative reinforcement,
very common techniques used in the training of animals. The stimulus does not need to be very strong in order for the technique to work,
hence these techniques are generally
not considered a mean or cruel practice. Here at DreamLover Labs we take a practical stance towards male training: just do what works.
Our products give you several ranges of intensity to suit your needs and training preferences. You can be
as mean as you think it's necessary - and your male knows it.

- Do your products include the chastity belt cage?
Not for now: DreamLover Labs focuses on high-tech add-ons. A chastity device must be purchased separately. - How can I purchase a chastity belt for my male?
Try googling 'cb3000' or 'cb6000' - Do you have a list of chastity devices that are compatible with your products?
The DL2000 was extensively tested with cb3000 units. As users send their feedback and electrode attachment snapshots, we plan to build a compatibility list and post installation pictures and tutorials. For now, to be completely safe, if your male does not yet have a chastity device we recommend the CB3000 which has very convenient holes at the bottom of the enclosure where electrodes can be installed. For now, take a look here for information on what kind of devices will be compatible with DL2000 and don't forget to tell us which device you use by taking our poll. - Does the DL2000 help at all with pullout issues?
Somewhat. The enclosure can be kept in place with a strap which also helps keep the cage closer to the abdomen. - After the DL2000 is installed on my chastity device, what is to prevent me from removing it by pulling out the cables when the shocks start to annoy me?
Nothing prevents you from cutting the cables, unscrewing the device and taking off the battery, burning through the enclosure with a soldering iron and short-circuiting the internals, or any other kind of tampering.
1) A device with sufficient security to effectively deter purposeful tampering in the absence of a supervising figure will likely cost a lot of money (many thousands)
2) Most of the DreamLover male training philosophy is based on willing participation. Males who aren't at the level where they can be trusted not to cut the cables should probably not benefit from our humane type of training but revert to something that's a bit more old-fashioned :)
3) If you want to maximize security of the current product you can melt the nylon screw in place (so the cables can't be removed by pulling unless you really go wild at it), you can apply metallic cable sleeves on the cables (so they can't be cut), and you can benefit from future firmware upgrades which will allow a DL2K-LINK application to monitor "ON TIME" since last reset (if you disconnect the battery your owner will find out). You can also add miniature padlocks to the belt attachment points on the sides, that would make it impossible to open the device by unscrewing it.
- Can one shower or bathe while wearing a DL2000?
Yes, the device is entirely waterproof - How can I make a DreamLover electric pulse device more secure?
Some women initially worry that their male will try to remove the DreamLover unit from his chastity device unless the enclosure and cabling are made impenetrable. - Why don't you use TENS electrodes? What are your electrodes made of?
The reason we don't want to use regular TENS electrodes is that they are not suitable for extended use or for use inside a chastity device which may get wet. Metal is the best conductor and is not sensitive to sweating or becoming wet. The DL2000 is designed so that the electrodes make contact by slight pressure, and do not require adhesives or other uncomfortable means of fastening them to the male's body. - What is the RF range of this product?
The USB part has a strong signal which can penetrate
3 solid brick walls reliably. The power is identical
to your wireless router. The remote control has a
shorter range as it is battery powered. You can get over
50 and up to 100 meters line of sight but brick walls are
a problem. Thinner walls are usually OK (the signal goes through
1 or 2 walls). RF is very tricky and it is affected by multipath
propagation, so your mileage may vary.
- I am a woman. How can I test what the pulse will feel like on my male?
Unfortunately it's not possible. The pulse is optimized to produce a certain sensation through a body part which you do not have. Though you will feel something by applying the electrodes on your own body, the whacking sensation of current going all the way through the penis cannot be simulated properly.
The best way is to start from the lower setting and watch your male's reaction to judge the level of stimulation he is receiving. - I like what you are doing. How can I help?
