Battery theoretically lasts 3 months if not abused (esp. the vibrations). No other theoretical technical limits.

Hi Vickie your post reads like you mean a cb not the DL2000. If this is the case there aren't really any restrictions but it is advisable to have regular visual checks for any sore spots. If found the device should be removed and left off until healed. But as long as there are no sore areas it can be left in place without time restrictions although if denying for over 4 week either a prostrate milking or ruined orgasm is advisable help keep a healthy prostrate.
