We had based the "sticker" on the manufacturer's promise to adapt his devices and partial brainstorming on how to do so - we have since changed our policy to only award it if we receive a sample and can verify compatibility in-house.
We have received a Xannadu sample from Phoenix, they helped us create the hole in the right spot, but our electrodes didn't make contact with the skin at all.
It takes days and days to go scouting for ready made metal bits to test, and thousands of dollars to mold custom ones. Real compatibility aside from mounting the electrodes would also entail having a rubber connecting piece that fits perfectly and allows the whole assembly to not be some loose contraption held together only by cabling. This again requires lots of attention and a design.
For these reasons, at present no device other than the CB3000, 6000 can be said to be 100% compatible.
One user is currently installing the DL2000 on his CB6000S and the electrodes fit, requiring only a slightly thicker bit of foam to ensure stability - but he hasn't reported on proper contact with the anatomy yet. Things look OK so we may report 6000S compatibility shortly. As for other devices... it is likely the burden of compatibility will be ours if rubber parts are to be created.
However Phoenix could also just make a new model that adapts to the DL2000, rubber attachment and all. This would be by far the simplest solution. All their items are made one by one by folding sheets of material, so they don't have expensive tooling that cannot be changed.
